Brazil Seeks Over a Million Skilled Workers in 2014-2015

 

Brazil is set to host the soccer World Cup this year and also Olympics on 2016 .It is going through rigorous developments in almost all the sectors. Although the progress is giving a boost for the economy; sectors like construction, food and drink, automotive, industrial machinery and production is in a dilemma of shortage in skilled labors. Economic growth is given a positive incline- when it is served with more skilled workforce, and their competency would lift the production efficiency in their respective industry. The study aims to analyze the magnitude of the problem and its outcome on the economy. This paper made use of descriptive research that involved the synthesis of information from secondary sources to portray the attributes of a current phenomenon.
