Corporates hires Expat Employees or Mercenaries?

Mercenary mentality of the employees can prove to be detrimental for the development of an economy. Mercenary lacks patriotism and loyalty -which shall be critically controlled in order to maintain the employees.  The research was conducted with the end view of enlightening the authorities to update the labor policies and work dynamics to encourage a productive set of workers. This paper made use of descriptive research that involved the synthesis of information from secondary sources to portray the attributes of a current phenomenon.
