On the background of recent revelations of NSA eavesdropping on the eminent leaders and companies, BRICS agreed to establish a joint cybersecurity group. This study draws attention on NSA surveillance leaks which formed basis for building new internet .The paper inspects the espionage business and also the national security issues; US being the dominant controller of the internet.
